It doesn't make that much sense why Channel 5 aren't offering it in Ireland tbh - they could be generating more vote revenue (which they'll be needing considering that there's no sponsor this time round). Hopefully it'll be offered in the near future.

Yeah, like, a lot of shows have a separate Ireland number to call.
Some shows do it online, though I think that's become less prevalent because of the possibility of someone hacking the site.
