Default Lego is a really good investment

I've been collecting those Lego mini figures that you get in those packets in shops like WHsmith/corner shop.

I got series 1 when I was like 9 in 2009.

Each series has 16 figures and I got keen and would go everywhere to get the one I needed, eBay was a huge help.

I've collected 13 series so far.

Haven't got 14 which was halloween themed but going to get them as the compete set is on eBay for £25 which is cheaper than buying individual packets and risking the chance of getting doubles.

A series one mini figure is selling for £15 on eBay which is a profit of around 600% as it originally cost £2.

I could probably sell each series for over £100 to collectors. Obvs the newer ones aren't as expensive as there still available through retail stores.

Some guy selling series 3 minifigures (2010) for £8 for one.

So if I sold all 16, I could potentially get over £120.

Bearing in mind I originally bought all 16 for like £30.

I always thought my Buzz Lightyear would be worth a lot in the future from when the first film came out but all these years later the exact same toy is still on sale

I used to play with them when i was little.

Got aching fingers/fingertips and nails in the process.

Someone gave me a box of Lego for Christmas. I didn't know what to make of it.

I have to warn you all, I will continue to tell this joke until someone laughs.

You were kind of wounded in action....

My brother and I used to fill his Action Men up with ketchup and shoot them an air rifle.
