Singer is involved in an ongoing court battle with the producer.

Although Kesha is locked in a legal battle with Dr Luke​, the producer's lawsuits against her mother and her manager have been dismissed.

Pepe Sebert and Kesha's manager Jack Rovner were accused by producer Dr Luke - real name Lukasz Gottwald​ - of pushing the star to reject her recording agreements with him.

Gottwald accused Sebert of defamation by allegedly creating a smear campaign against him, which accuses him of sexual and drug-related abuse against Kesha.

The court also dismissed the case against Rovner. Kesha's manager had been accused of having a "longstanding antipathy" against Gottwald, and it was alleged that he was trying to gain more money from her career. The court ruled that he had not acted outside his authority.

The ongoing battle with Gottwald concerns Kesha's attempts to be released from her contract with his Kemosabe Records.

She has accused the songwriter and producer of harassment and sexual misconduct, although he has strongly denied these claims.

The next part of the case on February 19 will deal with Kesha trying to get a preliminary injunction so that she can record without Gottwald or his label's involvement.
