So im a very active person. I have 6 dogs im always out walking etc. I go to the gym, I do kettlebells I do bootcamps I do zumba classes. Never get injured. yet today I bend down to pick a dog poop up and ...Ive pulled a muscle in my bloody back!!!!!!

Funnily enough it was Tinsels poo I was picking up lol on painkillers from drs so Im out of it lol

I picked up a baby once (a really light baby too) and twisted my back and within like 40 mins I couldnt walk. It was horrible.
