Just buy a BPA-free drinks bottle, that you can fill with water. I have this one that has an infuser that you can add fruit to, which does make water more exciting.

Probably around 4 pints of water a day,varies as to how warm the day is.
Plain tap water however,I won't touch bottled water. |

A supplement for water?? How about water LT, unless you want to some Hydrogen and Oxygen pills
![]() I remember watching this program once where this man was trying to say, as you have, any liquid can substitute for water to survive... But he was in his 50's and had the skin of a 90 year old. Sure, you will live for awhile with less water then recommended, but there is a quality of health I like to maintain... Skin like mine you got to work for ![]()

Varies. I am supposed to drink at least two litres a day of water, but tend to put juice in it, struggling with it at the minute so drinking 2 litres a day of cheap diet coke instead.
Normally drink average 3 mugs of coffee a day as well, my doc is quite happy to count that as a fluid intake as well nowadays. My kidney function gets checked on a very regular basis so well so it would show if I wasn't doing well. |

I drink an awful lot of water....don't find anything else quenches my thirst. Always drink a pint when u first get up and a pint before bed then lots throughout the day.
