There's two showers in the bathroom this year (similar to BBCAN and BBUS), so it could be a have-not room if they're going down that route.

Fire exits aren't normally that decorative are they? They've purposely made that door stand out for something surely .

It looks very claustrophobic, those white lines give the illusion that's it's getting smaller.

Maybe a solitary confinement room for rulebreakers. Davina showed one of them in her house tour for BB9 but they never used it... Diary room would be cool too.

I think that's the corridor connecting to the yin yang door we saw in house pics. It'd the wrong side of the garden anyway.
