Am I the only one that doesn't get all of the fuss around Jason? I keep hearing from people and the Housemates that his this nice guy, yet all I keep seeing is some smug guy that's cagey about everything, I mean even in that conversation about the EU I thought that he was gonna give his reasons as to why he wanted out of the EU but he instead backtracked because he was scared to make waves with the public.

I also agree with Andy that his really dull, if it weren't for Alex we would all be wondering what Jason has contributed to the series.

It's my unpopular opinion of the day anyway.

Yeah he's the biggest game player in there. And I hate when people say 'I never have even seen the show' **** off! He brings absolutely nothing to the show and was only recruited cause Charlie has tried for the show so many times, it's a shame he has to be there to ruin her experience Get the bore out.

I like Jason,I think he is walking on eggshells around Charlie and doesn't want to upset her,he is being a bit too nice he may need to get a bit more forthright,but all round he seems a nice guy.

I don't think he's smug at all, just a nice laidback guy. One of the best in there in terms of likability imo.

I also don't think he's doing anything to ruin Charlie's experience. She's the one constantly forcing an issue and creating awkwardness with him.

Been hard to know if I like either him or Alex ....neither are very dynamic

But the other night I saw a bit of game playing taking place when Andy fought Jason's corner.

Jason didn't support him or thank him and Alex was actually patronising about him.

Jason is deliberating avoiding conflicts in situations that are directly connected to him

That can come across as being weak or sly.

I neither like nor dislike him, he's just a very bland HM for me. Charlie has made him relevant and once she goes he'll go back to just cleaning all the time or discussing Charlie in the HLs.

Jason certainly seems like a nice, easy going guy. But to me he seems hell bent on keeping out of any conflict by never having an opinion or speaking up when he actually should. He's inscrutable in a bland way so I don't really have any interest in him so far.

Without Charlie, Jason would practically vanish from the highlights. She is making him matter.

Without her, he is pointless in the show, rightly or wrongly.

I like Jason - I think he would have a laugh but the Charley situation is such a drain - I like her as well now so its a difficult one - I think he should do what Jayne said and just be straight with her - ITS 100% OVER. Then they can both move on. But at the moment he seems stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I liked Jason but have gone off him after his reaction to being told he was a game player,look at the difference between him and Jayne, she has had some really harsh things said about her,can you imagine if Jason had been told half of what Jayne had been told, he would have had a break down.
