They have been told this is there chance to get rid of their rivals for the crown so do you think they will play the game and target rivals or be boring and go down the obvious root?

No. They'll just evict the outsiders.

They're not smart enough to play the game

I'm hoping for some alliances because the way a housemate would be evicted this week is for EVERY housemate to unanimously agree on who gets evicted.
If say two housemates make a pact that they would never give up on each other and agree to have them evicted than that means those two housemates will have safety guaranteed. Hopefully there's a couple smart enough to work that out.

Thing is as much as BB tries to tell them "take out your biggest competitors so you have better chance at winning " we all know that if people were to do that, the public would just dislike them even more and their chances of winning would be even slimmer, so it's kind of pointless to claim that that's the best way to survive Annihilation week.

When you have a divided house ,as we have this year, you will never get them ALL to agree

I wish they would, that would mean the likes of Alex and Jackson would be gone.

I don't see how they'll come to a decision that EVERYONE agrees on, bet they were there for ages.

They'll prefer being PC and vote for the obvious than target the strongest out loud.
It would be a quick ticket out of the house. No one wants to look like a plain game player. Maybe Andy will have the guts of doing so, but again, it would be a harakiri.
