He is not, for health and safety of the blind and disabled his equipment is a health and safety hazard and could cause serious injury. He should be told to move on by a constable

It IS her business if she lives and shops there. I'm all for someone trying to make a bob or two anyway they can, but he's taking up half the pavement and is a hazard for people like her on crutches, or anyone who can't see.

I've seen a lot of very famous performers busking in the street at one time or another. Neil Young and Bon Jovi come to mind immediately. I'm all for buskers.

And what about the workers in that shop?

They have spent hours window dressing it to entice in customers only for a street beggar and his accoutrements to block it and make people walk miles away from it save they get deafened by his whailings
