The last 6 days promo of St Hughie has been tedious.

It does taint the ending slightly. Whether or not BB17 becomes my favourite series on C5 rests on Alex (and I guess Sam and Jason too) not winning
Like, I'd probably put BB14 above BB15 had Sam ****ing Evans not won and if Helen and Ashleigh weren't F2. It's significant in that respect |

as for whether the winner matters on the whole series, eh I'm of mixed minds. A lot of the time I don't care too much because boring/predictable winners are easy to gloss over, but then there are instances like BB15 where Helen wins and the series somehow manages to get even worse because of it.
I think what it comes down to is the fact that narrative does matter, but winners like Anthony and Sam don't really change the narrative too much so it's not a big deal.

I would love Jason to win. But Unfortunately, Hughie will. I'm glad Evelyn is in the final.
I really never thought she would make the Final. |
