Laura is used to batting her pretty eyelashes, sticking out her boobs and pouting and sexually entrancing heterosexual men into doing whatever she wants. Obviously won't work on gay guys like Sam, and that frustrates her as she uses her sexuality to get her own way with men. In fact she insisted on snogging Ryan, Andy, and Hughie because in her mind she was "turning" them straight. When Sam was unenthusiastic about kissing her, her brain probably can't compute why.

She appeared on e4 dating show "Young, Free and Single", hooked up with a bisexual guy and smugly said in an online chat "I've turned him off guys now". In her head she can walk into a gay bar and still have any man. Gay guys are just men who haven't met her yet. Hence her exasperation at Sam not saving her. Her ego narcissism and sense of entitlement is that gigantum.
