Anyone got a step-by-step on how to make a banner? I don't mean in detail on how to do things, just general things I need to do once I've opened up. (I've got PSP9 by the way).

Any help appreciated.

Ok I'm on my old computer that has PSP9 on. Will try some things out now. (After I've updated my old version of firefox, ew)
