I'm starting to think so.

Heavy D is like a slightly nervous child trying to play with the big boys and getting it all wrong. Bear is clearly quite angry, paranoid and a real sheet stirrer, but at least he is 'what you see is what you get' (even though what you see and get is a loud, annoying wally)

Lewis however seems much more sly, insincere and tbh a right bitch. The times he has laid into Heavy have been personal, spiteful and below the belt:

"Go back to being the bloke off storage hunters that nobody likes". Too far i think. I could see the genuine upset behind Heavy's eyes after that one.

Also Lewis's comments about women saying how he'd 'pull the girls at work that everyone liked, even if he didn't like them' just so he could say on monday that he'd been with them etc. What kind of person does that??

I think that's what he's doing with Marnie. 'Getting with her' to prove a point. All ego. All the BS and right lines to 'win her over', like he's said them all a 1000 times before. No care about other's feelings, including Marnie.

Lewis hasn't got the loud bluster of Bear or Heavy which means that their antics drown him out. But for my money, Lewis is the more sneaky, competitive and sly type of bitch. I also think he has a far colder heart than Heavy or Bear when it comes down to it. If they truly upset someone, i think they would be sorry. I don't think Lewis would actually care IMO.

Lewis is worse, but they are an awful bunch. When a show becomes a chore to watch, there is something wrong imo, and those 3 are the main reason for it.

I would add Chloe and Marnie to this list- the 'squad' - they are all so shallow and predictable in their behaviour.

You've hit the nail on the head when you say this series has become a chore to watch- it's more like the Jeremy Kyle Show because of these characters.

I think Heavy D is redeemable but I don't believe the others will ever be any different, as they are too used to performing in this way due to the shows they have come from, and their idea as to what is entertaining and will gain them publicity.

I am just living in hope that this series of CBB is redeemable too.

I see what you see too.But i kind of see it in a more positive light.I've said in a previous thread that he's a very smart guy and he's very good with the ladies.He has got game.But like i said before.All that is wasted on Marnie as she's not exactly a tough conquest.He could have the intelligence of Heavy D and still pull her.Not to mention the fact that they already know each other.

No, he's just a little immature, especially after drinking. But him and Bear liven the place up. If they calmed down a bit there would be no problem. But sometimes they go a bit too far. They're like a pair of naughty kids at times, but i like that. And I would rather watch them make mischief than people doing nothing and coasting along.

I must be one of the few people left in the UK who has never seen TOWIE but yeah i can imagine. His whole rig (especially with Marnie) seems rehearsed, churned out and slightly dead behind the eyes. Until his ego is challenged and then he becomes nasty.

I agree with some posters though that him, Bear and Heavy are carrying the show right now. As terrible as they are, it's better TV to keep them in there. Get them out and we'll just be watching polite chit chat between people we half like.

I've never watched any of those type of shows either,the trailers are enough to put me off.
