Bear's style: Hawaiian shirts, feather boa and mask

Do all these items belong to him? Or has he borrowed them from Biggins? Bear's got a unique style, which on paper should be camp, and more what I'd expect from Frankie but bizarrely the Hawaiian shirts, feather boa and mask that he likes to wear suit him.
