Well it's hard to say if it is overblown as we haven't actually seen the incident. I think you have to see context really though it sounds pretty offensive.

I kind of have to question why CBB chose not to air it and took no action but a warning at the time then eject Biggin's for a conspiracy theory convo about HIV.

Until we see the full thing it is impossible to say, however if this is reported to the Police, they will 'have' to look into it.

It may well not and probably not go anywhere but who knows.

i think her mother needs to ascertain facts before calling for a police investigation on the grounds of 'if's, which means being in contact with producers to view footage/sound and questioning her daughter.

tabloids blow things up, we know that, so how much of the mother's apparently hysterics is genuine and how much tab hype we can't know,

He does seem very regretfull ,I am sure he wasn't being malicious,I don't know what to think of this tbh,have BB overreacted considering they have let so many other awful things go?

Who knows, we need to see what goes on but getting the right info from BB is like tearing their teeth out one by one very slowly.

I don't think it's a police matter. Biggins is just a baffoon. He wasn't inciting anything..he just has some very bad and disrespectful opinions...it doesn't make him a nice man. He has obviously made several comments of an offensive nature and he deserved to be kicked out.
Getting the police involved is well over the top. He has damaged his reputation...he will lose work. That's his punishment.

Reading that, it actually sounds like they've read the fake transcript and think it's true...

Have to say if I was the person who wrote that originally I'd be pretty ****ing worried right now, if s/he didn't make it clear that it was a parody when it was originally posted then they are in genuine slander territory (with Biggins) at this point. Wups.

Biggins could legit sue whoever wrote that fake transcript. Although it probably wouldn't get very far, as the author (I would guess) is probably a teenager or Uni-age student with nothing to be sued for...
