A bomb alert has been reportedly issued on two planes which are due to land shortly at Brussels airport, according to Belgian broadcaster VRT. Federal prosecutors are taking the threats seriously, VRT said. It is unknown at the moment which airlines the two planes belong to. Security agencies are on standby and the planes will be evacuated before being taken to an isolated area. Bomb squads will be deployed to sweep the plane for possible explosive devices.
