If you're sat talking to someone and you say something as a joke that's one thing, but to specifically go out there with the intention of upsetting someone...it's not right. It was quite relevant though. Its not like she went through the house bragging about her wage.. Heavy (the most irrelevant housemate on cbb) asked her who she was and that she was just an x factor reject as if 50k viewers a week on Channel Dave can even begin to compete... With any of the housemates ever..

I think his point was she was in the X years ago whereas his programme is on air at the moment, It was interesting how she flew into a rage at him without a tear in sight, both times she tackled Bear she ran off crying like some damsel in distress

I think Katie's irked by the celebrity caliber of some HMs in this series. Not just Heavy D. Shows, she's a competitive snob.
Ex Factor was selected and set up for her (it went wrong b'cos of her badly behaved G Ma) I think Katie may believe her professional connections make her superior despite her lack of talent.

Not at all. Waissel is entitled to defend herself from D's baiting but her response was over-charged, out of character, or at least a verging difference from the character she's been playing and warrants discussion. It was also condescending to the point of narcissism and contrived, because she used it as an opportunity to introduce discussion on her "famous G Ma"

Katie isn't heinous, but she behaved like a privileged snob. Dumb as Heavy D might appear, his simple tactics caused Katie's mask to slip.

If she had just called him out and asked why he was targeting her and focusing deliberate harassment towards her, her facade would have remained intact.
