Default whats the 1st record ( CD) you ever bought?

I'm probably the oldest person in here, The 1st record i ever bought was in 1973.. Roxy music - Street Life.

I just saw the advert for the new "life on Mars soundtrack".. and its on there.

God, i hated the 70's .. as a teenager it was hell on earth compared to today .. only 3 telly channels, no music channels, no internet, no playstations.
Entertainment in them days was playing with a hoop .

What's your 1st record you ever bought?

I THINK: Steps - Gold.
My first "casette tape" was a Britney Spears tape.

I can't really remember either. The first one I had exclusively bought for me was The Spice Girls I think!

And then the first one I probably bought myself (I think) was Britney Spears' first album!

I think it was 'Give it up' by KC and the Sunshine Band in 1983.
