The Big Brother race row model smiled as she left a London club in a low-cut minidress after partying with pals until 3.30am yesterday.

Danielle, 24, has vowed to go to the High Court to fight a writ by Miss Great Britain organisers, who stripped her of the title last February.

They accused her of bringing the pageant into disrepute after she posed topless in Playboy and bedded judge Teddy, 40.

But Danielle insists their romps began after the contest. In a defence against the writ, she says the voting card shows she would have won even if Teddy “had placed her last”.

She also claims organisers broke a promise to get her a dream Hollywood acting role.

BIG Brother beauty Danielle Lloyd has revealed she dumped Teddy Sheringham because she feared he had cheated on her.

Model Dani finally blew the whistle on her relationship with the West Ham star because of his roving eye.

And, despite their best efforts to make it work, the former Miss Great Britain reckons he loved playing poker more than her, according to the star’s close friends.

Beauty Dani, 23, has told how she was desperate to make their romance work.

But in the end she finished things because she was tired of battling against the odds with the football veteran, pals have revealed.

Danielle revealed she’d had enough of the striker’s wandering eye and worried that he had two-timed her.

She also said she was tired of trying to live up to his ex Nicola Smith, and feared he may never get over her.

Dani confided to pals that she felt abandoned by Teddy, 40, because he did not defend her in public during the Celebrity Big Brother race-row.

One of Dani’s friends said: “Of course she still loves him, he was the love of her life and she would have happily married him.

“She has tried to play by his rules, but she has also had time to think herself. And she now knows that she needed more from him.

“She was totally devastated that he didn’t see her when she first came out of Big Brother.

“And then she found out the man she loves did not even step in to defend her while she was on the show.”

Dani was greeted by a wave of hate when she left the CBB house last month over the treatment dished out to Bollywood babe Shilpa Shetty, 31, during the show.

It was three weeks before the pair were finally reunited, when Teddy took her on a romantic Valentine’s Day date.

When they sat down to thrash out their future it became clear there were too many issues.

Model Dani is said to hate Teddy playing poker and is worried it could lead to problems for him in the future.

His West Ham United team-mate Matthew Etherington, 25, revealed at the weekend he’d had treatment at the Sporting Chance clinic to deal with his gambling habit.

And last year Hammers goal-keeper Roy Carroll, 29, checked into a clinic to try to beat his gambling addiction. He was said to have owed a team-mate £30,000 from the players’ card school.

Dani was also hurt by rumours Teddy had enjoyed steamy romps behind her back, even though he has denied this to her.

“And she always felt she lived in the shadow of his great love Nicola Smith, 38, who dumped him.

The source added: “While Dani was going through hell Teddy just wasn’t there for her.

“When it came to trying to sort things out, she had some stuff she wanted to sort too.

“Top of her list was getting Teddy to drop the poker because she’s worried he might go the same way as some of his team-mates.

“And the flirting was beginning to wear her down. She felt she was in the shadow of Nicola, and fretted about Teddy getting on with any other women.

“She’s had a tough relationship history and needs someone strong to stand by her.

“If he isn’t going to change, she needed to make a change.”

Dani was holding her head high and putting on a brave face over the weekend, enjoying a night out at West End celeb haunt Embassy.

Teddy has claimed he finished with Danielle because he was tired of having the media spotlight on his private life.

A spokesman for the ex-England ace denied there was any third party involved in the split.

He said: “There’s no-one else involved. Teddy only wants to be on the sports pages of the papers.”

She hasn't got much of a reputation left to save! In the house, she was talking about how long she and Teddy had been together, and she contradicted herself...she has always said that they got together after Miss GB. But in the house, she told a different story...

The only reason she's fighting this writ (if it's true) is to stay in the headlines.
