I think Brian is under appreciated by some people because of his hosting abilities. Before I saw BB2 I didn't rate high very highly and I was originally going to avoid watching classic series' such as BB13 because of Brian's hosting (which I can't believe now) but I've recently watched BB2 and I believe that he is under appreciated. He's witty, funny and bitchy in a fun way and I know he won 2 series' but I think nowadays, by forum members at least, he is underrated.
Is there anyone here that liked him until he become the BB host? |

I like him as a housemate and I don't even think he's that bad of a host tbh, he would be a perfect fit for BOTS

I even think he's underappreciated as a host tbh. I rewatched BB13 earlier in the year and he gave really good interviews to the nasties and didn't go easy on them, and his more awkward moments were great for the comedy value.

Also I think Brian & Narinder is the longest lasting BB friendship, amazing how they're still friends to this day and regularly meet up

I never liked him after his reaction to Josh, like a weird sense of entitlement and jealousy.

I thought he was a great HM in BB2 and I loved him in UBB. And like you, I was a bit apprehesive of revisting BB13 because of his crap presenting but after re-watching I don't think he's that bad of a presenter and like Lostie said, his interviews were actually really good and underrated. I feel he got better as time went along, in CBB8/BB12 he was abominable but by the time BB13/CBB11 came he'd improved quite a fair bit and I imagine he would've gotten even better if he was still presenting the show now.
I do feel like BOTS would've been better for him though and the fact we've had Rylan on longer than Brian is just an insult tbh. Last edited by Jason.; 17-07-2016 at 12:47 AM. |
