Alicia Douvall has transformed a fair bit during her time in the limelight - but we almost didn't recognise her on her latest night out.

The Celebrity Big Brother star enjoyed a night out this week in London, and dressed to impress in a short black dress.

Revealing darker hair, the star totally transformed her look on the night out, adding her signature dark make-up.

Stepping into a car following her meal, she appeared slightly worse for wear as her dress rode up and she flashed a smile to the cameras.



The brunette beauty added a thick silver choker, and showed off her huge cleavage in the plunging gown.

Aiming for a summer glow, the star went OTT on the tan, and towered in sky-high heels.

Meanwhile, Alicia recently admitted she had taken her plastic surgery "too far" in a tell-all chat.

The star revealed she had spent an estimated £1million on 400 procedures over 20 years during an appearance on This Morning .

She totally changed her look with butt implants, rhinoplasty, boob jobs, hip implants, cheek implants and lip fillers but is now trying the natural approach.

The plastic surgery addict has written an autobiography Don't Call Me Ugly and hopes that her cautionary tale will stop others from getting unnecessary cosmetic surgery.
