Default This was such a classic series

Tbh it felt like the good old days, only 1 or 2 twists thrown in, excellent cast, a step-up in production, less manipulation, the only thing that let this series down was live feed and tasks (although they did create drama.) Definetly up there with the best of all time.

The entire fecking series is completely manufactured.

You want an example? The existence of the sodding second house with housemates "connected" to the main house. No, not manipulated in the slightest.

I enjoyed the series but I can't help but feel that the huge love it gets is because it came straight after a rough patch with two dreadful series and it couldn't really get any worse so anything that wasn't BB15/16 looked amazing in comparison.

I do think this season was a one off tbh but i'm do think other seasons won't be as awful as 15/16 (well I hope not anyway)

Not the case at all with me (and I'd guess the same goes for a lot of the people who enjoyed it). It was a very enjoyable series in it's own right. Sure it was nice to have a good civilian series again for the first time in ages but it wasn't the trash that preceded it that made it enjoyable (but it did probably make me appreciate it all the more).
