Won't take off.
Wrestling in the UK in the 70s and 80s, was big stuff, sort of like what the darts is now, since Barry Hearn took over it. It will never reach those heights again, there's far too much completion out there vying to entertain people, including the WWE. And we live in far too much of a PC lifetime for the characters to blossom. Some people would find offence in them. |

This is great for families with small kids especially young boys. It's classic "British Wrestling" but with the American attitude and style.
It's great fun! Refreshing change. |

The wrestling isn't the selling point, it's all about the characters, if they can get a bunch of them that can become national icons (as Big Daddy was in his day) then it might take off, I just cant see that happening in this day and age. Back then there Was only BBC and ITV, so most of the nation used to watch. Wouldn't happen nowadays.
