^^ That's a bit harsh! But it makes sense I guess. We didn't have that at our school - I'm guessing TMG's are predicted grades or something? Well done for doing well btw!

And yeah Alton Towers is ACE.
As is the Wild World song, I like it and I still can't get over the fact that the cast sang it.

One of my friends wasnt allowed to go and she was crying on/off all week cos in classes/assemblies people were talking about it.

The song is wicked. Its very catchy.

That really is quite harsh then. But I suppose it gets people to work a bit more...but I do feel sorry for your friend.

Can't really say the same for my teachers. They either set so much work it's stupid, or none at all.
