Who to directly please.
First I was agreeing with TS and his post.

Whose name did I mention or directly respond to in a personal way.
Perhaps you should take your own advice as you brought up my moving here not me.

I never responded once to yours or anyone else's post only the one from TS,only because I agreed with his points.
Hard to be being personal then when not mentioning any name/s or directly responding negatively to anyone as to their individual post either.
Yeah,take your own advice Cherie.

You are not a racist for putting your family first, nobody has suggested otherwise, your post doesnt actually relate to the one you quoted very much

Has anybody on tibb even called anybody a racist, like, recently? I feel like people must be using their personal experiences as a reason to abuse tibb members

Where are you getting this idea that your posts can only be responded to by the person you are addressing? TS quoted me and you quoted him so you were indirectly responding to me and I am perfectly entitled to respond to you even if it doesn't suit you

Sorry but that isn't correct. I have been blatantly called a racist and have had it implied for expressing concerns regarding mass immigration, as have many others. From memory I believe you were one of those.

It's pretty obvious that by far the majority of people who have these concerns do so out of concern for their own and their families futures in this country. But in most 'discussions' on this subject most of these type of allegations, in one form or another, get chucked about by those who feel differently - as you well know!

I wouldnt call anybody a racist/sexist/homophobe without knowing them (unlike you ). I think I have seen individual posts that might fit the criteria, but a single post doesnt define a person - so no, it wouldnt have been me.

I haven't seen somebody make a racist allegation in ages, and I did just search the forum to try and find one. I think you might be confusing where you saw this allegation. Perhaps it was somebody in your personal life or something.

Again, the point i made was 'nobody thinks you're a racist for putting your family first' - you keep trying to change the subject, and involve me in other discussions, i simply cant discuss absolutely everything with you, regardless of how much you would like me to.

Discuss the points I make if you quote them, I'm not interested in your side-arguments every single time you want to make one.

To clarify on behalf of Jack, because what you are suggesting is kind of cruel, he does not think you, I, or anybody else is a racist for putting family first. He also, presumably, puts his family first and doesnt consider himself to be a racist for doing so.
Its completely out of order that you would suggest that he said this by misinterpreting an obvious joke.
Thank you. I was quite obviously being facetious since the alleged 'influx' were all coming from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. I should've realised that kind of thing doesn't cut through on here though

Nope no one in my personal life - weak!

As I said most people have such concerns out of concern for their family's future, as do I, so therefore such comments are directed at me due to such concerns.

Why is it necessary to state the obvious all the time with you.

Such allegations may not have been made recently but they have been in the past, and I would hardly call it ages. I didn't specify a timeframe - you did that. As for the rest - irrelevant.

So you're like, pemanently going to be upset on tibb because somebody might have called your post racist like a year ago? Seems very childish. I would love to suggest moving on, but I feel like you dont want to. Childish. Especially considering the amount of times youve thrown the sexist card around. Childish and hypocritical.

Who said I was upset. Accusations of racism have been made many times on this forum and I was just pointing that out. It has nothing to do with being upset - it's about smear tactics. Why do you always accuse women of being upset? Is that a bit of stereotyping going on there?

I was describing their behaviour, not their persona.
A person can have childish and hypocritical behavioural traits without being a childish or hypocritical person.
Although you must have jumped to this conclusion for some reason, I'll give their posts another read through.

As said before I think her comments have more to do with you than me.

You keep on trying, and trying...

I think you need a read back, Joey, after a bit of a chill. Cherie is one of the least nasty and most level headed posters in debates.

With everything I forgot that one - seems such insinuations are a lot more recent than either myself or Withano took on board. So much for him not having seen such comments/implications for 'ages'.
