An interesting little bit of info regarding Arthur.

His family home, Great Fulford, and the estate/grounds within which it's built was granted to his father, Francis Fulford's ancestor William de Fulford by Richard I of England (aka. 'Richard the Lionheart'!!!!) in around 1191 in recognition and thanks for his military service on the Third Crusade which saw European leaders of the time combine their armies in an attempt to reconquer the 'Holy Lands' from Saladin, one of the most formidable Islamic warrior Kings to ever rule.

Now THAT is some real History!

Yeah, you hear of people claiming this and that about their house or distant family relatives but this kind of history is the real deal and i find stuff like that just sooooo cool.

The current 'great house' that they live in was, as usually happened, built (sometime in the 16th Century) on the same site that the previous house was originally built.
