But the story tells us it's a "SHAM" engagement for a TV fly-on-the-wall documentary programme.

Disgraced Jade Goody is trying to re-launch her career by selling a sham “second engagement” to a TV fly-on-the-wall documentary team.

The Daily Star can reveal that Jade, 25, and boyfriend Jack Tweed, 19, are already engaged since their Caribbean holiday on the sunshine island of Tobago.

But the pair are desperate to keep their happy news a secret for now, to maximise its money-making potential.

Jade has seen her work offers dry up after the outcry over her racist
bullying on Celeb BB.

But she believes she has one last trump card left – selling warts-and-all footage of her getting engaged and making wedding plans.

A friend said: “She has been in talks with TV companies about an Osbournes-style show.

“There is likely to be huge fascination for the dippy way Jade would go about a wedding.

“But she does not want anyone to know yet that she and Jack have already got engaged, so the TV show will have maximum impact.”

Already a lavish celebration party has been booked for 150 guests in June in Santiago, California.

Last night Jade’s spokesman confirmed: “We are in talks about TV projects for Jade.”
