Default Sarah as a drug problem
According to wikipedia Sarah is a heavy drinker and a drug user. This girl as serious mental health issues

She had an addiction to the sleeping pill zopiclone which I also had its prescribed .....why drag the girl?

It's very easy to become dependant on many different drugs and very difficult to come off them.
