Anyone who starts messing with facial surgery and especially lip fillers begin to look-alike. Brandi has the same 'look'.

Quite agree. The worst facial 'enhancements' are the lip-fillers and the cheek-implants.

Not at all I found Josie funny whilst Sarah has an edge I like both though and think Sarah could also win.
