it doesn't matter a toss when its on, its available one way or another after its first showing, unlike the C4 days when if you didnt hit the vcr record button you were stuffed. Scheduling is the least of the reasons for the shows demise.

Defensive? I'm merely pointing out the show doesn't rate very high and hasn't for a long time.

So a show with 9 million viewers, not many of those 9 million are potential BB/CBB viewers anymore.

Also, you and a few other members watching doesn't contradict what I said "Not many of those 9 million viewers are potential BB/CBB viewers" otherwise on other nights BB/CBB would rate much higher and into the several million. I didn't say NO ONE watches both, but not many.

This whole thread is about the scheduling from channel 5 when "can't pay well take it away" is rating higher it's an issue and what I'm pointing out is they are making the same mistakes as they did with civilian bb. do you not agree channel 5 are being incompetent putting a show that costs them millions up against serious competition when they could have easily looked forward and rescheduled?

I think channel 5's new show make or break will rate higher tonight it's got a lot of Twitter buzz at the moment. It is a rip off of love island and ex on the beach combined though let's be fair.

Honestly? Not really.
If we were in 2013 it would be seen as a careless move as they had somewhat of an audience left to hang onto but as it stands the viewership of the show is pretty much threadbare and exists solely on that small but dedicated fanbase of which the scheduling makes little difference as any of those that watch something else will still catch up and have that total added to the overnights.

Something like "can't pay" rating higher IS an issue, but one that goes far deeper than scheduling. The show itself is dying/if not already dead. It's going to take more than a prime slot with no competition to get the viewers back.

You didn't watch the civilian version and this is based around that scheduling which ruined the ratings.
