Default getting used to the new housemates.....

i hate that first stage you have where you dont know the housemates and are not used to them and you always have that little feeling of "this years rubbish they are all idiots" lol.... but then after like a week they all seem sooo dfferent,.

first impressions eh........

but yea, i was just picturing the opening night... cant wait...

The first week in terms of who people like is always mayhem, personally i can't stop chopping and changing who i like until at least a couple of weeks into the series when we get to know them a bit better.

Some misleading new topics without a question, a teapot made out of chocolate, so much in common.

I always like the opening week trying to figure people out.

Undermiming? Is that when you do the box thing except you are actually inside a box?

Sounds great lol

There's always an initial period when my thoughts about the housemates are all over the place.

I agree with you Juelz. Last year I thought that the year would be horrible.

I wasn't right, apparently.

I hate that feeling that you're always mixing up the housemates at first. It happened to me this year in Australia (they look so similar).

I always take 2-3 weeks to get into BB. I always seem to be there on opening night cringing, gulping and gasping at the current set of idiot housemates. The first two week always tell us who are the show offs in the group, it also takes about 2-3 weeks for the true cliques to form and we take it from there.

I hate the early stages for that reason! The best you can do at the start is just enjoy the new house and stuff and you'll soon get to like the hms without realising it!

Exactly, every opening night I always think "Most of this years housemates are awful", but two weeks in and you can't get enough of them (apart from Big Brother 6 where they really were awful, apart from Science).

My fave usually swaps around for the first week or so, but by the end of two weeks I've usually got a firm fave who I'll stick with through thick and thin.

Last year at first I hated Nikki, about a week later she was my fave.

the first night isnt very good in getting to know the housemates. its usually really loud and on streaming u can't hear a word anyone says.

still its so much fun!
