Default gov polls show that conservative are maintaining the gap to labour

Rather strange figures, but the news mentioned this this morning.

well considering the labour leader, dumbfoock never hid the fact that he is a jew hating communist CORBYN makes Boris look normal says a lot. Does labour actually think that he could be PM someday? He's a racist pinko.

The guy is a socialist freak. and i don't mean socialist in the fun egalitarian mostly white Swedish kind of way. I mean like in the full on third world south american we will starve our people before we surrender our values Socialist kind of way. it's foocking scary and cooky.

Anyone taking notice of polls is I would suggest wasting their time.
In June no one expected Labour to end up only less than 3% behind the Cons on 40%.
No one at all.

The latest you gov poll has Labour 43(up 1),the Cons 40(nc).

What we see there since the June election is Labour up 3 and the Cons down 3.
We are back to 2 party politics, with leaders who can hold their core voters.
It seems voters,if this poll was right, are with either Labour or the Conservatives and little or no liking for other Parties.

I somehow doubt just about 100% that Mrs May would be wanting an election on this polls figures.
She'd be comfortably out.

Sadly polls should be for amusement now in my view.
I've long stopped believing them really.

This is totally irrelevant at the moment anyway, I would think? The entire political landscape will have changed by the time we have another vote, it's pointless even trying to guess what things will look like by then.

I would expect the conservatives would win again if another election was called and that it would probably be as close as the last one, so little point in going through it again.

Conservative win - no hope - lets have an election asap and get rid of the bastards.

I don't think either Party would get an overall majority but Labour would near for sure be the largest Party by a fair margin.
The anti Con majority of other Parties, except for the extreme DUP,would ensure for definite the Cons were not in power.

However, watching closely,if somehow the Cons could persuade Ruth Davidson to stand in an English seat and elect her as leader.
Therein could be their way back to a possible small majority.
She is formidable in my view.

Oh, unless you meant maintaining the gap as in their loss? They lost by 2% on the 18/19 oct.

Not in any support for a Labour/Sinn Feinn coalition but to help counteract the DUP votes for this govt.
Since Sinn Féinn would never support the Cons.

Labour/LibDem/SNP/Plaid and the Green votes in Parliament would, even on this poll, ensure no Con govt.in power.
