I swear you're lying. I went there today and yes the idiots at Applause Store did not let me know that it was cancelled either, all they said was that we need to take it up with Applause Store as it was not their problem, the people we spoke to knew nothing about the show until they rang BB and asked them, so why would they give you a tour?
