IF you thought you’d seen the last of Russell Brand on Big Brother, think again. The wild-haired womaniser may have quit Big Brother’s Big Mouth, but he will be back to host a one-off special before BB8 launches on May 30.

The comic will present Big Brother: According To Russell Brand, “a surreal look at BB through the ages”. He will discuss wacky theories such as BB4’s Gos being the inspiration for the Lionel Ritchie hit Hello, and Hi-De-Hi’s Su Pollard as the model for the BB eye.

The special, on E4 at 11.05pm on May 25, follows Big Brother: After They Were Housemates, with updates on memorable contestants.

We can’t wait . . .
