Default Foreign Aid budget

What are your thoughts on it.I believe it was around £13.4 billion in 2016.
Is it right to give this money out to countries with space programs and nuclear weapons and unpalatable regimes while we still have our own homeless etc?

Should it stay the same?

Should we just scrap it until our own people are looked after?

Maybe just have a pot for disaster relief and similar things?

I'm all for giving aid to countries that need it, I just want the delivery mechanism more transparent and accountable

India for example was the 6th largest economy in the world just behind us in 2017.They have a space program and nukes.Should we be funding this or should they be getting their own people out of poverty?
