Default Cocktails (You\'ll be drunk in no time!!!!!!)

Is'nt it nice when you go to a party and there is loads of free booze about and you just want to have loads of fun and drink loads.

We've all been there

But suddenly, you are given a "cocktail drink".

Now, you don't know what it is and you don't have a clue about it, but you drink it anyway.

Sometimes there is a "Punch", where you pour loads of different drinks in, all at once and think to yourself:-

"What the hell??? It's party time"

If it's a cocktail, a punch, it's full of alcohol and you really don't have a clue what is in there

Coctails can be great!!! Full of fruit juices and always some special ingredient, but so many who drink these cocktails, (especially on holiday), get very drunk and can't understand

Is it the best choice?

Or is it safer to stick with what you know?

Five cocktails, could send you wild

Lol Nick
Nothing beats a good cocktail. My philosophy is whatever gets you drunk quicker.
The first time I had a cocktail was when I was 14 and I spewed over the front lawn. It was so embarassing. I'll never forget that night. I had to pretend to my mum I didn't have a headache the day after so she didn''t know I'd been drinking.
My all time favourite drink however is a gin and tonic. Nothing beats one in front of the telly

I love cocktails!

Well I used to! I used to get the craziest ones when I was out clubbing.

Hi Kristen

I love the way you say, "whatever gets you drunk quicker."

I feel like that sometimes and when you go abroad, they don't mess around with small measures in drinks, they just pour the Vodka in or Whiskey or whatever.

Not like the pubs in Great Britain

I like G & T but I prefer Vodka & Cider myself and some Southern Comfort (of course)

But "Cocktails" I have tried and they can be very potent, but you generally have a few and that can be lethal sometimes.

But it is nice and drinking at 14 is fine

But don't spoil the lovely lawn Kristen

To Baz:-

I have never tried Vodka & Cider together.

I don't think it would mix

But in a cocktail or a punch at a party, you never know what could be in there and that is dangerous!!!

To Sunny:-

I agree that it sounds appauling that I condone drinking for 14 year olds. There was a thread all about underage drinking and I think we were talking about it there.

I don't agree that 14 year olds should be drinking loads, that's for sure!!!

But I am a realist and 14 year olds do drink, as Kristen mentioned above!! and if it is a simple glass of something alcoholic, but not too much, then I think it is okay

It is smoking that bothers me. Not drinking(mild)

That is what disguises the hidden alcohol content

Loads of fruit juices, which make something which looks & tastes so lovely, but after a few, can really get to you.

I love those jazzy coctail sticks, I've seen some great ones.
