Another Tarantino flop? He's made more flops than hits, so chances are this will be a flop too.

He's made 9 movies and at least 6 or 7 are held in high regard. Not bad for a director.

There's many others who've made 10x the number he has with less hits.

The only 'flop' film he's made is Death Proof. All his other films have been well received.

Yes it is, only I get to decide what's a hit and a flop for me.

The Shawshank Redemption originally was a flop in the wide World, does that mean by your logic, it can never be considered a great film?

I can't imagine how excited you'd get if you ever discovered the work of Hitchcock, if this is how excited you get over Tarantino's work.

This makes no sense. You start by talking about your own personal taste and then use an example of what an unrelated film did commercially.

You need to read your posts twice before posting.

Regardless of what you think of Tarantino's work, they have been hits, both critically and commercially.

I’m a massive fan of Hitchcock actually so don’t make assumptions. In my opinion, they’re two completely different filmmakers but QT just pips it to the post for best overall. An amazing director and storyteller.

He hasn't made one film yet that I'd score 10/10 and I'm generous at giving out a 10, only today I gave Wallace and Gromit curse of the were rabbit a 10/10.

Pulp Fiction I'd score a 9/10, Reservoir and Inglorious I'd score a 7 or 8 and Django a 6, everying else I'd score under 5.

ANYWAY

This time next week this movie will be out in America, can’t believe it. Seems like the wait was forever and now it’s just “here”, crazy.

Still no soundtrack info though!

Blasphemy.

My mates and I grew up with Prisoner Cell block H, we never missed an episode, 11:10pm every Thursday night, sometimes a Monday night. You had to be stoned to enjoy it though, if we didn't have any pot, then it wasn't as enjoyable, luckily, most of the time we had some smoke.

Seems as though they're trying to airbrush her facially to look more "Sharon" in these shots, her eyes especially.
