I think it will be more scandalous than the race row last january. I think the producers don't want that !

Here's the story.

23/05/07
BIG Brother bosses are set to introduce a veil-wearing “burka babe” into the house.

They are on the verge of selecting a Muslim girl with strict Islamic views for the series, which starts a week tonight.

Channel 4 chiefs don’t believe her appearance will trigger anything like the race row that hit Celebrity BB earlier this year.

Executives are desperate to avoid anything like the outcry over the treatment of Bollywood beauty Shilpa Shetty, 31.

And after lengthy meetings they decided a devout Muslim girl wearing a veil or headscarf would command respect in the house.

The housemate would also be able to educate the others about her beliefs and customs.

It is possible she may even wear a full-length gown covering her body.

An insider said: “There’s a strong feeling housemates this time round will quite rightly show the maximum respect for anyone from a different culture.

“We also believe that such a scenario could prove a fascinating learning experience for everyone involved.

“There’s a feeling that the show needs to prove that there are no racial
barriers and bosses are keen to have housemates who reflect all sides of society.”

A show spokesman said: “Big Brother never confirms housemates prior to the reveal on launch night.

Personally, I don't think it's fair if somebody goes fully covered up into the house.

Other housemates aren't allowed cover themselves up for the cameras.

I can't see it happening I just don't think anyone that believes that they should be covered up 24/7 will go into a house full of cameras.

I personally believe this is to use a quiant term. 'bull'. If the house was to have a 'burka BABE', then surely people would turn away.

A burka Babe will stir it up,
and it could be a actor under it.

Never Ever trust Evil Endemol.

Some people
will do whatever Endemol tell them just to get in.

The Burka could be a
Actor - part of a secret plan.

That will get the Guardian having a go at them.

Endemol wants Political Debate
Example :'False Burka woman used'

Colud be.
Time will tell.

After the race row in Celebrity Big Brother the Daily Star have the nerve to start trouble with someone who wears a veil who could be going in the house. That is pathectic!!!!!!!. They need to stop printing rubbish and lies and disappear.

Is Dani a Liverpool fan?

I think it would be ridiculous to have someone in a Burka on Big Brother. I fail to see the point.

It would be funny, if the Burka Babe was a Celebrity, wouldn't it?

Chantelle pretended that she was a Celebrity.
