Does anyone know how it works? Can you only change someones every 3 hours? It is obviously an incentive to be good on the forum. lol

Yeah, which is why I think it's a good idea! And I think it's basically there for if you see someone's post and you really like it, you click +Karma and the opposite if you disapprove of someone's.

Plus you can only do it after time intervals (not sure how long exactly), which I think makes sense too, otherwise people may be constantly changing everyone's karma...

I think you can click a max of once each three hours. It was very funny when it opened up it was like AndyBigbro just hit the Karma jackpot! Honest, he was covered with Karma, it was great. I woke up this morning with a point, so whoever that was???...Thank you .....what a great idea admin.

Omg, that was kind of you. It's made my day to be honest. As you have just noticed I am a bit slow on the uptake with my posting.

It's a great idea! As long as people don't use it wrongly.

I think you will find that this will settle in quite neatly, and that it can only really go wrong if members make their choices in groups to abuse the system for tactical voting .I think it is also very important not to get too carried away with the negative karma.

That's true.
Especially with BB8 tomorrow, there's going to be a lot of debating, which could lead to agreements or disagreements. Then the Karma would come in.

It encourages good behaviour on the forum I think Sam - especially with BB8 coming up and more and more new members etc. If there's a certain type of post you don't approve of, you can show that.

I like that too. As I said before, it gives people the credit they deserve. Shame the creators of them don't get as much credit though.
