These kinds of campaigners do nothing but damage their cause. Going on the attack like this just makes them look like dicks and I don't think the tattoo itself is that bad, it's just a picture, not a statement or endorsement.

When you are trying to change the way things are, you do so through helping people understand why, through education, not by attacking people like this especially over something so inconsequential as this. He has explained the tattoo and says it is an unfinished dedication to his father who was shot to death. The tattoo is to show he 'shoots' with his legs.

The reason he gave for the tattoo is the only problem which I have - I do not care if he was covered in gun tattoos.

His reason is as stupid as saying;

My old man was a soldier in WW2 who died in a Japanese POW Camp so I've had a tattoo of Emperor Hirito on my chest.
