Seems a bit excessive - the smoke - to be "under control" looks like the cost will be pretty massive, think I read they'd only just spent £100m+ on a renovation as well...

That was a Early Photo.
it is now under full control.

More Dodgy Builders on the roof
not having all the fire reg set up.
