There's not a lot of balance to holding children hostage, but whatever works for you, I guess...

What would be withanos suggestion to stop the flood of illigal drugs and people both in usa and turkey?
You do know that immigration in the US is a net negative? That means there are more immigrants leaving than arriving, as has been the case for quite a few years now.

Do you believe a wall would stop someone from crossing a border haha. Idk why we’re having this discussion. Its 70billion dollars wasted.

Tougher penalties and more regular checks by a wider variety of people would make more sense than a wall.

A 70 billion dollar, muggle wall.

I guess the alternatives to separating families are either releasing foreign criminals, or keeping children in the same facilities as adult criminals, neither of which are too appealing. Some kind of border control would be the best option, to stop the problems reaching that point.

If Mexico wasn't run by drug cartels and corrupt leaders, then they wouldn't want to leave.

Why don't the Mexican people build an army and take their country back? Why should it be the people of the US problem, because the Mexicans can't get their own house in order?

But do they include the ones sneeking in?

No, hence the need for the wall.

Ahll those checks by a wide variety of people for a border that big in legnth would obviously be done by voulanteers in your world....in mine it would mean an awful lot of people needing employed, trained..stationed year after year after year....i wonder how much that would eventually cost.

The wall will never be built. 70 billion is a bit steep but it will cost at least 30-40 minimum.

Are you following it LT? Been on about it on cable news for a about a week and the White house press secretary has actually called it biblical to execute this policy. There arent really two sides to this issue. Children are being separated from their families for Donnies political gain.

Hell no, armed guards every 10 meters.

You're the only one bothered about costing.

The republicans have just put a stop to the chip programme which specifically helps poor and disabled children get healthcare, and they've also ended the provision in Obamacare which stopped insurance companies hiking up prices, or just flat out refusing to offer a policy to a person with a pre-existing condition.

As a citizen of any country, where would your funding priorities lie?

Who's going to provide this security - The Mexicans? So is the US to pull resources from other law enforcement departments to patrol Donnies wall when it has already been stated that net immigration is down in the US? And something tells me - dont know if you'll agree - this wall will be a target for vandalism.

Do you think Obama is a pedophile? You do know that he wanted a more progressive single-payer healthcare plan, but he pandered to the right to try and make it bipartisan by actually using what was Bob Dole's old healthcare proposal.

Here's the kicker for you, all of Trumps healthcare proposals have all been scored (by the independent, bipartisan CBO) as kicking tens of millions off healthcare coverage and raising costs. Obamacare was supposed to be the first step towards providing healthcare at a reasonable cost (obama even said it needed to be improved). Before Obamacare, the biggest reason for bankruptcies in the US was healthcare costs.

Yes, we are experiencing a net outflow of illegal, undocumented workers from America back to Mexico
