Loren her breakthrough was with the movie La Ciociara (Two Women) from italian director Vittorio De Sica, in 1962 she won the oscar for best lead actress in this movie
Loren is now currently 68 years in the film/music/modelling industry
she did release one hit single Goodness Gracious Me, with Peter Sellers in 1960
