Default Drug Legalisation...

...goes back to my philosophy of you being allowed do anything you want with your life once it does not interfere in a negative way with another persons life.

Im not saying make Heroin legal to buy at your local corner shop but the likes of Marijiuana and Acid should certianly be legal.

Take them out of the hands of criminals and into the hands of the government!

Discuss...

You pretty much summed up my feelings.

I've always said that it's a person's right to do what they want to their body. As long as they're not ruining anyone else's life, I don't see that doing drugs is worthy of a jail sentence and yeah, you're right, the most important thing is that if people are gonna do them (which they always are), the least that could be done is making them safer to do (that might sound ridiculous but I know what I mean).

The police go busting in doors looking for crack, the owner thinks they are buglers and shoots at them then gets put in jail. Afterwards the police find they got the wrong house. Its the classic story. Why not just legalise the drugs instead of helping the criminals and allowing them to deal in even worse things.
