The girls reveal their specialist subjects...
It's like Mastermind in there tonight. Give the girls a garden, some cigs and five minutes talking about nothing and hey presto! It's a Mensa social. Sitting in the garden, Charley, Emily and Sam were giggling about nothing in particular. But a passing insect stirred up some interest. "It's a moth," shrugged Charley to Emily and Sam as something small flapped by. "It's a dragonfly," said Emily, suddenly unveiling her as-yet-unseen knowledge of entomology. "Did you know dragonflies are the world's most deadliest insects?" "What?" asked Sam, ducking. "Isn't that a Daddy Long-Legs?" "Yes it is actually," nodded Emily, spotting her mistake. "I don't like Daddy Long-Legs," added Sam. "They've got pincers that are too weak to penetrate the skin," said Emily, reassuring Sam and Charley. "So they're no harm to us." "I didn't know that," said Charley, almost speechless. Sam giggled. "Oh alright then," shrugged Emily shyly. "General knowledge." "Oh my god. General knowledge," repeated Sam. "I loved it," nodded Emily. "But I *******ed up capital cities." What, whole ones? "I was s*** at maths," added Charley. "I love the pattern problems, the patterns," replied Emily, randomly gesturing with her hands. How many more talents will Emily reveal? Insect wisdom. Pattern-miming. Wonder if she can hum a smell? http://www.channel4.com/bigbrother/n...ry.jsp?id=1181 |
