Anyone watch Survivior? I def get the feeling that inspiration has been drawn from that, albeit on a smaller budget ofc.

The inspiration is 100% BBcan and BBUS based. They have producers from both shows working on this UK series

The tasks have been fantastic all the way through 2018 tbh considering the repetitive tripe we've had to sit through the last few years but yeah in this series they've been great.

The auction is taken straight from Survivor and is one of the highlights of the week
But yeah, with Trevor Boris on the production team (albeit not involved in tasks) you definitely see they've taken inspiration from BBUS and Canada too. The first Gamechanger was a carbon copy of the Veto comp from BBUS double evictions, the "True or False" frame is a BBCan thing, and the endgame from the sandtimer task was clearly inspired by BB3 Canada's final HoH comp! The tasks overall have been brilliant |
