It was the right decision He was lost & inexperienced! . Sugar can't keep him in just because he's "cute" .

He was still young and needed to develop his skills , he never made any sales on the gym equipment .

But yeah, he was useless and it was the right decision in my opinion. He was just stood around like a spare at a wedding.
