Default Alf's Bonfire Night Chilli
I always do a chilli on Guy Fawkes night. This year I thought I'd have a look on Youtube at other people cooking a chilli to see if I could get some inspiration.

Seriously! I've cooked a lot of chilli's in the past, tonights was absolutely amazing, not just the best chilli I've ever cooked, but the best dish I've ever cooked. I'd have stood a good chance on masterchef, I'm so proud.

I had it with jacket spuds, and I've got some hotdogs, for a couple of chilli dogs for the BB final.

Isn't life wonderful?

I hope you added the dark chocolate at the end Alf -makes such a difference.
