She is the zombie and it's not a very good show TBH. It's also not a Netflix show, it's The CW (Smallville, Flash, Supernatural, One Tree Hill etc.) but it's not even top-tier CW cheese (which I admittedly enjoy), it's sort of lame, and it's also being cancelled (although it is getting a final season so will wap up the story) after 5 seasons which says a lot because The CW usually let things run for at least 8 or 9 seasons. I mean, Supernatural is on Season 14 ffs and the only reason it'll ever end is if and when the cast decide it's time to move on .

ANYWAY long story short; if you're like michael and interested in the girlz, then by all means give this show a try. If you're in it for the zombies or... err... anything other than the girlz then probably avoid.
