Default Tina Malone first public appearance since high court summons

A downcast Tina Malone has been spotted looking glum after receiving a court summons for allegedly retweeting a picture of James Bulger killer, Jon Venables.

The Shameless actress looked glum as she headed out to run errands in her hometown of Liverpool on Tuesday.

It comes after she revealed last Thursday that she's been called to court over allegations she shared an image of Venables - who along with Robert Thompson murdered toddler James in 1993.

There is a global ban on publishing any information on the new identities they were given following their release in 2001.

And Tina, 55, told her Facebook followers, "I need a lawyer ASAP! I've been committed to the High Court!"

Another status update read, "I've had a wonderful day until I opened my front door five minutes ago! The High Court have served me!'

Although I agree whole heartedly that their IDS should be known now , especially Venables , he's had 3 chances,I would love to post pics of them all over the net,but I understand that it could put others at risk who look similar , and it's been a rule since they were charged . Tina knows this , I just think she thought they wouldn't follow through and she's probably been made an example of , she has always been supporter of the Bulger family, I do hope they get their just desserts one day.
